I have a 2006 Dodge magnum 5.7 r/t .Been having ,stopping problems and quitting on hard acceleration,for years.The car shuts down at some very dangerous times.This has been going on for quite awhile and being an old and slow mechanic ,I tried looking for codes. throttle body popped up and replaced it with this rebuilt unit. Man the old hemi is back. This unit was far and above more than I expected. Good job guys.

I ordered the throttle body for a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.7L but the throttle body I received wasn't even close to fitting. The bolt pattern was much smaller, as was the bore. The throttle body I received doesn't look like the photo on Amazon. The listing conformed that this part number would fit my Jeep and the part number on the box containing the throttle body had the correct part number but not the correct throttle body. I returned and reordered. Amazon makes this very easy. Prime is great.

TBA arrived on time and although I waited three weeks to install it, when I did, I was impressed with the ease of installation. In 2011 models and later, there is no need to disconnect the battery. Just make sure you have 5/16 socket with a 6-inch extension, plus a 10mm socket to remove the air intake valve to access the throttle body assembly. The whole process too about 28 minutes and there is no more jerking or burning through gas. Other places wanted 4 times as much, but this part works just as good! Highly recommended for Dodge Durango with HEMI 5.7L.
