Time is money, and of course, money is money too! I hate waiting at the local barber shop through several other haircuts for my turn, when I could be back in the shop being productive. Due to increased traffic from another business, it has become difficult to tell how many might be ahead of me. Then there's the cost of about $30 for the cut itself. My wife suggested that she could mow my mop well enough, so I went clipper shopping on Amazon!I'm rating the Wahl clipper itself. The storage case could use some improvement, but the clippers are great! They cut well - no pulling! I recall as a kid, my dad would cut our hair and his old clippers pulled more hair than they cut lol! These Wahl clippers come with all the attachments and the instructions are ok. My wife had no problem giving me a decent haircut on her first try. She now has several under her belt. We've paid for the clippers already, and they are still good for many, many more cuts.The cord - Yes, it is a bit inconvenient, but I bought these with longevity in mind. I'm no barber shop, so my concern was that a cordless would spend more time sitting around, with the battery getting older by the day, to where it would have to be replaced with little actual real use. Not so with the corded model. It's going to just keep on cutting hair, and with an occasional drop of oil, will probably still do a decent haircut twenty years from now

Long cord and nice box for accessories. I broke my last one after q- years when I dropped it. Don’t drop your clippers…

These are great for cutting my own hair. The variation of guards that come with it are super helpful. The included scissors aren’t great though. The noise level is acceptable and expected with a good set of clippers. I really like the style of the chrome. Highly recommend!

These clippers are quiet and sturdy, as advertised. Right out of the box I wasn't impressed, though. There's a feel of bulkiness (body of the unit, the cord), that's taken some getting used to and I question how close it trims and works around the chin, ears, etc. compared to the much cheaper plastic units I've always used. Time will tell, as it seems maybe I fell into some lazy habits over the years (operator error, perhaps). These clippers have the feel that they'll outlive me.

Excellent product! This is much quieter than the older, cheaper Wahl clippers. The old ones lasted probably 8 years or more. They still work fine, but I wanted something a little nicer. These are nicer for sure. They cut great, the attachments fit tight, and everything is organized. The only negative I can mention is the outer box is a poor design. They try to make it look nice, but it's not structurally sound. I would rather have the old plain looking box that didn't fall apart. But the inner box that keeps everything organized is good, and everything else is good. I tried the Novah brand, and that was not good at all, I had to return it. Glad I got these instead!

Spend the extra $40 over the $59 model. We'll worth it. Much better construction. Quiet in comparison. Sturdy. Works as you would expect.

Been using this trimmer for a few months to replace the one I had for 20+ years. Works great and cuts very clean.

Worth it.
