Works better than others

I have a ten year old child who is autistic and rather high functioning so you could imagine what wetting in public would be a major fear. As accidents tend to happen while he is concentrating and thus had to be homeschooled as many of the incontinence pants fit him very poorly and would often leak, these fit him perfectly (he is about 110 LBS and has a 32 inch waist) they leak so rarely the few times they do it is very minor and he now goes to public school where he has made several friends and I have to say this product is why. By the way, on the off chance you are in the same situation and they need to change my son came up with a clever plan, tell them to take paper towels and change in a stall covering it up with the towels and toss it out and it just looks like you tossed out towels.

My 6 year old has bed wetting issues at night and these work perfect for him! Perfect fit and protection!

Does nothing to stop the leaks. I even bought two different sizes to make sure we had the right one. I cleaned too many sheets with this product. The only pull-up that seems to work for us is Pamper's.
