Is it stuffed with cotton filling or is it those terrible beads?

There's a few beads on the bottom of the plushie to way it down. But the rest is filled with cotton. They are very well made and are super cute too! Alot of the other plushies are usual made with the cotton.

Can you wash in a machine

If it was dirty, I would feel ok about throwing it in the wash machine. The tag says wash separately without bleach. Handwash, hang to dry.

Can you fit stuff inside its mouth

You can fit something small in but not much. The stuffing keeps his mouth pretty well closed
