I bought this for home use... everytime I would plug it up it was popping the circuit breaker... I called my electrician friend and he informed me that this is a 25 amp machine with a 15 amp cord!!! He stated this cord on the machine is not for this machine and it should be a 30 amp cord... therefore I am sending it back and getting one made in the USA... this one was made in China... this product is unsafe and clearly you can't use it... I'm so happy I was able to figure this out before my 30 days was up!!! Amazon please look into this... as you see on the label it states 25 amp... they don't make a 25 amp you have to go with 30 amp so why give me a 15 amp cord!!!

Nice alternative to some of the really expensive options. Had an issue about 8 months after purchase. They shipped parts from China at no cost to me.

It is very good but you need strong breaker else it will keep turning off the whole light when it's about to freeze.

Machines settings do not work, can't adjust anything on the panel. All it does is wash an freeze at one temperature. It has no warning if tge product gets low in the machine. I have emailed the company 3 times and no response. Very disappointed in this $3000 purchase I will not be buying anymore products from this company. Was considering purchasing a slush machine but not from this company.

We love the swirl feature. Use the soft serve machine daily.

Terrible waste of money. Worked for about 10 months. Contacted manufacturer, waited months for replacement parts. Replaced and still didn’t work. Finally gave up. Don’t buy this

Machine doesnt work. Soft serve comes out watery. Manufacturer doesnt respond to your messages. Its not worth the time and money.
