These women’s multivitamin gummies are amazing! They taste great, are easy to take daily, and make staying consistent with vitamins so much easier. I do like these chewable multi-vitamins. You have to chew 4 of them which is no problem since they taste like candy. Not sure the on quality compared to a regular multi but I have bought them regularly for awhile as I have trouble swallowing huge multivitamins.
