Works, but watch out for jagged edges!
Have only used these a little so far, but they do the job. Just be careful — some of the rods have jagged areas that can snag the hair you're working with. They work, but handle with care!

They work. Just not as good as I hoped.
They worked. They cut through paper. The yip is just a little too loose for my liking. Was hoping it was a little more stiff for more precise cuts. As far as using on plastic I would not recommend that. But that's just me.

Big Let Down
I love the idea of this product but actually using it was a let down. Mainly because it just doesn’t cut seamlessly. The way you have to hold it when cutting is very particular and you have to go SUPER slowly or it rips the paper. Cutting a piece of paper is fine (if you just want to aimlessly cut it) but if you want to cut specific angles or curves in the paper I wouldn’t use this product. It was way faster just using scissors to do what I needed, then it was trying to figure out how to get these pencil knifes to actually do what that are intended to do. Main thing!!! Don’t get this. Not worth the money, unless you want it for decoration.
