My baby needed to upgrade to a flow 3 but I was using the old version which ones would be comparable to a flow 3 from the old version?

I would say 1. My daughter used old version flow 1 and the comparable size of the new version was flow 3. But the flow of the new version nipple is terrible. Baby sucks and sucks and barely gets milk out. I don’t know what they changed something that was good.

How long can it be used?

Until your baby needs a faster flow or until there's a tear in the hole. You should inspect daily for wear and tear

If you are asking about using these nipples for the Avent Anti Colic with the green bill, yes they actually do fit! It seems all Avent bottles are interchangeable! I use both with my baby! I prefer the natural over the green bill due to leaking!

Good quality and reliable

These teats are really good. They’re soft, durable, and easy to clean. My baby took to them straight away with no fuss. They fit perfectly on the bottles and don’t leak. I’d happily buy them again.

Philips, please make up your mind.

This “again new” version of size 4 “natural response” teats is leaking again. Initially their teats were leaking, then they changed to “natural response” claiming teats wont leak as breast wont leak and milk is supplied only when sucking. Now we used size 1 and 3 teats and our daughter got used to it. We now need to upgrade to size 4 and these teats leak like crazy. We still have 2 teats old version natural response size 4 that is not leaking… seems like Avent team at Phillips are changing their mind 2-3 times a year… in 9 months time it changed from leaking to not leaking and now leaking again… just make up your minds!

Not the usual kind of teats

ImNot sure why but this number 4 teats give so much flow of milk than the previous #4 i bought. The vent also does not look the same as the previous teats i have. But cant return it. So be careful with this one.
