A book to enjoy time and time again Love and the truth will prevail

This is a great book. My girlfriend is the niece to Richard and Mildred and it brought back a lot of memories for her. She has a ton of stories about visiting them when she was a child.

Grey Villet beautifully captured the Lovings' story for all of the world to see. These two people, who simply wanted the freedom to love one another, became American heroes by courageously standing for what was right, deemed by God, and blessed by the Almighty as well. Each image shows the reverence they held for each other. Their love, respect and admiration was brilliantly illuminated in every gaze, every touch, every image. What an extraordinary gift - to be loved and to love like that!

A staple on every interracial couple’s coffee table ever. Great addition to our living room.

True story and perfectly cast. Can't think of one negative thing except it's too bad the Supreme Court arguments weren't included.

Life is difficult without the ugliness of others getting in the mix. Two loving humans making the best out of their lives. Great book. Thank you.

This is a very touching photo-essay about an interracial couple who love for each other truly overcame all odds.

Really interesting photo book about American segregation history.

A most beautiful way to experience Mildred and Richard as well as their children. The photos both display the ordinary similarity with the mainstream as well as serving to dispel the myth that Interracial couples and families were different. These photos in essence portray their life as being the same withb others, except that they focus on the higher merits given the difference in blending the diversity of human differences.
