READING 2013 COMMON CORE MY SKILLS BUDDY GRADE K.6

Bummed about Common Core. I suppose I can't knock the writers for trying but man this whole thing is just too much info for a child to be seeing. I thought it was going to be similar to a Scott Foresman book I read with my child now. She can read it, and follow it and there isn't all this "stuff" all over the pages to distract her.
