We're very pleased with this purchase! It arrived swiftly, with no dents or any issues. It fits smartly in the only place in my kitchen where a trashcan can go, which was a relief. It's attractive and appears to be well made. It does resist fingerprints and we appreciate its sleek appearance. Perhaps my favorite thing about this trashcan is how silent the lid operation is. It is, literally, silent. While we are enjoying the included trash bags, we will switch to less expensive ones when we have used them all. It oddly seems to hold more trash than our former can, which was supposedly slightly larger. Overall, we highly recommended this trashcan for appearance and functionality!

As the title says I love this product line. They certainly are an apt description of myself which doesn't hurt anything. The main reason though is the quality of their products. I've got a bunch of them around the house. This particular trash can is perfect for me with it's plentiful size and it's smaller deep rather than wide space saving footprint. The system in place to hold the trash bag where it needs to be is excellent. The toe step mechanism is smooth and feels very strong. As with all the simple human products I own the fit and finish is flawless and if this follows the rest it remains flawless with little to no upkeep. If there were anything I'd change it would be the ability to lift the can open by hand to dispose of garbage instead of having to activate the lift only with the foot pedal. I've got a little potato monster french bulldog that likes food far more than she does me and is a bit slow so is often right in the way of the trash can hoping I'll use her to dispose of bits of food rather than the can. This makes it tricky and just a few seconds longer at times to toss out left overs and other unwanted bits of food. This I feel is largely due to my pups commitment and or being a bit ditzy and not understanding that she's in the way. It does create a situation in which it'd be easier to open the lid by hand but this is such a small hassle it really has no bearing upon the trash can. All in all this is just another simple human product that this particular simple human appreciates having around. High quality, durable, attractive and recommended.

We’ve owned our simplehuman slim can since 2021. We have really enjoyed it! It’s user friendly, the hands- free foot pedal makes kitchen prep go smoothly. In addition, you can op for the lid to remain open which is one of my favorite features. The slim shaped saves room in our kitchen. When the lid is closed it seals tight and effectively prevents odors from escaping. It’s attractive too, what a great design! The thing that I am MOST pleased with is the company itself! We recently had an issue with the lid and contacted them. They stood behind their product 100%. The customer service was helpful and seamless. They ended up sending us a new can to make things right! In today’s broken world, with all of the greed and hassles that that consumers have to navigate, it’s encouraging to discover such an outstanding company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products! I’m so impressed, I purchased another slim can to give as a gift!
