Wait to dry is long.
This blends well to cover scars and doesn’t come off with a splash of water but it gets on everything when you first apply it until it dries and it takes awhile to dry.

Not a miracle but better then nothing
I don't believe this product is as wonderful as claimed. I use it as a leg makeup to reduce the appearance of spider veins, varicose veins and other flaws. Truth be told my legs look awful from 35 years working as a Nurse on my feet all day. At least now I can wear skirts and dresses and not be so self-conscious.
