Fantastic roaster at a great price! I use this mostly at holidays but it does a great job and is easy to clean. It looks good too!

Nice roasting pan
I needed a good roasting pan for making Prime Rib and this roasting pan is perfect. Large enough to keep the oven clean but not so big that it's hard to store.

Does not have unhealthy non stick surface
Great pan . It will replace several of my non stick pans. Cleans up easily . I like the handles too.

Nice size for roasting vegetables
I purchased this pan specifically for veggie roasting. It's a little larger than a typical roaster so I can double my recipes. Farberware has always offered quality products, so the steel is top notch and the handles are bolted on very securely. The reason I took off 1 star is because I got a minor burn on my hand when it grazed one of the handles -- so you just have to be very careful when working with the pan when it's hot. The handles are not heat-proof and in fact, do hold the heat longer than most other roasting pans I've used. But I'm still glad that I purchased this, it roasts well, has a large capacity, cleans up beautifully, and I can work around the handle issue now that I know about it.

Great pan
Really like this pan. Nice that it has study handles. Substantial without being overly heavy. I was worried that the rack was too shallow but that hadn’t proven true -after cooking wings, bacon, and pork loin. Great purchase

Great product
In love with this roaring pan! It made cooking baked wings so much easier. Good quality stainless still. I put a parchment paper liner so cleaning is also easy.

Size matters
Very nice pan, I cooked a 21 pound turkey in it and it was perfect. It’s a bit shallow but I made my gravy in it and there was plenty of room. I would recommend this pan to any home cook. Also, it was very easy to clean.

Not the advertised size
This item is not as described on the page. Its only a 16 inch roaster barely 12 inches wide and says clearly on label max 16 lb capacity. Will be returning
