Top shelf little knife
Great little knife. It could be just a tad sharper though. It’s still sharp as a razor but not “ hair splitting “ sharp. Definitely worth the money..High end product.

Husband Loves it!
My husband was a cook for many years and is a knife snob. So I was a little uncertain about his reaction to this one. Well, he snatched it out of my hands and ran off to test it. Results are in and he LOVES it. It's a great size for a lot of kitchen projects. Sharp, and can be sharpened to hold an even sharper edge if needed. I like the feel of this in my hand and how it cuts vegies. Beautiful knife!

Sharp Paring Knife, Very Nice!
Lost my other good paring knife and needed a good replacement. This is perfect! Extremely Sharp (As it should be) very nice design and weight. Came boxed really nice with a plastic sheath. Even came with a Lapel Pin! Overall very impressed!
