How do i remove the case without damaging the watch?should i start with one side or another? how can i break the case to remove it? very aggravating.

You push the tabs on the top and bottom center on back of the case. This will release the front. Don’t have it laying on the front.

Do you have to remove the straps to put on and remove?

No need to remove straps if you wanna put on or remove the case. It’s a two piece set, so you first secure the top cover and then you click the bottom piece in. Also, no need to remove case if you want or need to change the straps on your watch.
