Holy Moly! What have I been missing. GlycoJect is what was missing from my morning BCAA pre-workout mix. Noticed pumps on the first day. Just felt fuller and better. I knew carbs were important for pumps but I am on a modified low carb Keto diet and only eat one meal a day around 5pm.
