This gets all the fat soluble vitamins and the magnesium must be needed to keep side effects down. The selenium is to help with vit E. The combination immediately kicked in, haven't taken any antibiotics since. The immense pain went away, no need anymore to put tea tree oil on tooth to cut the pain temporarily. Kidneys feeling better. Sleeping heavy. Swelling in feet disappeared. Teeth smooth and plaque even going away. Dark circles around eyes seem less. Skin better. Blood sugar seems much better. This is a high potency, readily absorbable Vitamin K supplement. The tablets are tiny, circular with a diameter shorter than a tic-tac. Super easy to swallow. Best if taken with a meal rich in good fats for best absorption. Remember Vitamin K has blood thinning effects which would be contraindicated with blood thinning medications such as coumadin (warfarin). Consult your pharmacist in regard to potential contraindications with medications you may be taking. Of course it's wise to consult your doctor as well if you are suffering from a diagnosed medical condition in which blood thinning agents may be contraindicated.

Huge container for a ridiculously small amount of tiny pills that barely covers the bottom of the container. It's almost comical. I don't really know how to review a supplement like this, since I don't know how to tell if it's working. No bad side effects, at least.
