3MCubitron II File Belt, 33446, 80+ Grit, 1/2 in x 18 in, File Belts, Resin Bonded, Spot Weld Removal, Pack of 10

I was nervous seeing cracks in the belts and sure enough the grit just couldn't hold on.. Ground down one small weld before it wouldn't cut anymore.. this $6 belt cut for all of 10 seconds before all the grit was dust in the air

These belts last a long time grinding down welds on my restoration project. With my first belt, I have ground down approximately 6 feet of stitch welds, and that same belt is probably good for another 4 feet of welds. You don’t have to push hard just use very light pressure. This belt is very expensive. Would like to find it cheaper somewhere else.

They last a long time! Not sure you need any more information than that. 🤷‍♂️😂

I bought these to clean up weld beads and it performed really well. I was pretty aggressive with it and it lasted longer than I though and removed material more efficiently than I though. You really can't beat 3M for sanding supplies. Price was pretty good too for the quality you get. Would recommend. These belts fit the Astro-Pneumatic 3037 perfectly.
