Regular. Most rashguards are form-fitting. This hangs more like a t-shirt, which is more flattering to my dad bod. It'll suck up a bit when wet, of course, but the fit is much like a regular, non-slim-fit t-shirt. I have two in different colors.

I Ordered medium size. It's a little bit loose. I normally wear Medium Size in T-shirts and shirts and it fits great but this kind of rash guard is a little bit loose to me however it's made of great quality.
