Works well at keeping temp where I want it and I just use a wet sponge to provide humidity at around 65%. Very quiet and works as designed. Would recommend to friends.

Overall, this humidor is GREAT. The humidor itself is 5-star and I'll explain why I had to dock it a star.After seasoning with Boveda 84% humidity packs, the humidor was maintaining moisture well. The two levels provide plenty of room for your cigars and for me, an opportunity to separate some of the different kinds that I have. The bottom basket holds a ton of cigars and the top shelf is more for convivence. I typically put my "one off" cigars on the top shelf for easy access.This humidor also maintains the perfect temperature when set. I have had no issues with the temperature being too warm, or cold, and maintains it at exactly the temperature you want.The ONE major flaw is the hydrometer. The one that came with the device shows about 9 degrees below what the actual humidity is. I have a separate hydrometer that I have been using that shows a perfect 75% after the salt test and with the Boveda 72% packets, my reading has been 73%. With the hydrometer included, it was showing at 64% and sent me for a panic early on. I contacted the manufacturer and received no response. Amazon customer service provided me a credit for the faulty hydrometer.

Like most I started with a desktop box but quickly realized I needed more space and temp control to keep my sticks below 70f. It performs great, it cools quicker than it heats but does gradually heat to the desired set temperature. Highly recommend purchasing the extra drawer for more storage as the flat tray will have your sticks rolling off when pulling the shelf in and out. Runs quietly and holds humidity perfectly. I cover the drain hole with tape and use boveda packs + silicone gels and it holds humidity perfectly. I have this plugged into a smart plug and can power it on and off when away from home. The default temperature setting is 64f when it is powered on.

I've had this for about a year and I love it. I've never had a problem with the humidity or the temp. Just throw some beveda in there and its good. I am looking to upgrade the size and will still with this brand.

Was excited to receive this so quickly,but upon opening the package I was quick to notice the three Payne glass was unattached and just sitting in the door rendering this unusable as condensation will build up in there and ruin my collection,wish it was bigger but I will make it work,hopefully the replacement which was a painless process to sort out will be ready to go when it arrives-UPDATE- Replacement arrived just as fast and regardless of cleaning it with distilled water and placing baking side inside it smells of burnt plastic and this arrived on the 5th of January going on 4 days.. frustrating and done with it all..

Very nice, clean and very quiet excellent product, very low to no maintenance, the light makes it very nice to see at night, I'm going to go back and get the bigger one as now my collection is growing

UPDATE 2: Support messaged me back and offered to send me a replacement humidor. It arrived yesterday and I’ve just got it set up. I have to say, I’m very pleased with the solution they offered and relieved with the outcome. $220 is a lot of money to just throw away and I’m happy that this company stood behind their product.UPDATE: I've been messaging back and forth with the "support" for this humidor. It seemed promising at first - they were claiming they would be happy to provide a resolution to my issue. We went a week or more messaging back and forth - they were requesting videos, pictures, etc. After sending them pictures that were requested - they determined that the temperature sensor is broken. They offered a $30 refund on a $220 purchase and also told me I could buy a new temperature sensor that may or may not fix the problem. Unacceptable "resolution". I am very very very disappointed and frustrated with this whole mess and would steer anyone away from buying this piece of junk.I purchased this humidor for my husband for Christmas in December 2022. It's worked great until about 4 days ago when it quit it's not longer heating the inside of the humidor. The digital display is set at 72 but the temperate reads anywhere from 87-92. When you open the door it's VERY cold in there. I contacted Needone support and asked for help in troubleshooting but they have been unresponsive. Very disappointed in this purchase, as I paid over $200 for it just 8 months ago and it's all but useless. We had to purchase a few smaller humidors to move all of my husband's cigars to because we didn't want to risk losing what was in the Needone humidor. Obviously, I'm far outside the return window and will just have to chalk this up to a poor product and a loss of money.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this Humidor for almost 6 months now and can say it does a good job at keeping temp in the humidor.. BUT… I noticed after 2 months that Condensation started getting into the front temp display and causing droplets on the inside of the display, then the numbers started brightening and dimming and the buttons have become unresponsive. Tried reaching out to the company multiple times and have never heard back from them.. it’s currently doing the job while I’m looking into a different humidor from a company who will stand behind their product and have better customer service..EDIT!!!The company has reached out to me and explained that they are revamping their website and customer service portal.. they made things right with me and got the problem resolved!! Their customer service once in contact was fantastic and they do stand behind their products!!! Changing my rating from 2 to 5 starts for their outstanding customer service!!!
