My job requires frequent moving,walking and lifting. After 12hrs of this job, most of the time my body feels so sore and achy. I make sure that efficascent is always available at home. It gives instant pain relief without the feeling of skin burning. It's so soothing and helps me get a good sleep. I also use it to massage my belly which helps with bloating and constipation.

This product has the same ingredients (almost) as Kwan Loong oil but is nowhere near as effective. But it works some for muscle and joint pain. It would absorb better with more lavender oil. The green dye is utterly ancillary. They sell a similar clear product. If you can't afford Kwan Loong then buy the clear version of this product. Amazon sells roll on and/or dauber bottles and they are effective for applying the product.
