I emailed the company due to a stripped screw and thread, they will not service Canadian customers.
Some of the hardware is very cheaply made and there is no customer service to Canada

Flag will wrap around the pole
The flag has wrapped around the pole by the wind which itโs said that it wonโt do.. Disappointed!!
