I'm old (boomer) and don't understand why this doesn't just come with a plug to plug into the wall? what do i need to buy? help! thx

For this reason, we have not included an adapter plug, only a USB Type-C, which can be used to connect a device with a USB port to power the lamp, or to charge your device with a Type-C port.

is this desk lamp full spectrum?

Yes. this desk lamp has 10 brightness levels and 5 lighting modes to choose, even to the level of being a great night light, or as bright as any other lamp out there. This includes 5 color settings, from bright white to a very warm colors.

The lamp needs to be plugged into the power supply to use, we included the product data cable. (Adapter is not included)
