These are my go- to minimally processed electrolytes. I drink them after workouts and it really helps! In addition, I’m currently breastfeeding and I have been drinking them to help. I don’t think they have an aftertaste. I like the taste of them and they blend with water.

Been using these for 2-3 years. Nice flavors. Easy to carry with me to just add to bottled water. I get dehydrated easily, and these are the best I've found.

Great flavors! They taste like melted popsicles, especially the orange, fruit punch and grape. They mix easily and really help with hydration.

Agree with other reviewers; it has an artificial sugarfree taste, but fortunately I add Vitamin C powder to my sports drinks which helped a great deal. Perhaps a squeeze of lemon will make it more palatable

Disgusting. And either they're exposed to a damp area or they're old because the packets were like rocks. Waste of money. Did not prevent my muscle cramps. I was trying to find a brand that was as effective as Liquid IV but cheaper and THIS IS NOT IT.
