This Magnesium Reputedly crosses the blood brain barrier more readily than other Magnesium products, I suffer bad headaches occasionally, I take these and they work better than strong 30-500mg cocodamol prescribed by my GP, Magnesium is the relaxing Mineral, so imo is the more natural approach to headaches and muscle cramps, BEWARE FAKES, I believe Magnesium Threonate is still under Patent, and is licensed under Magtein that's why it isn't cheap, this is my 3rd purchase

The reason I bought this magnesium type was for sleep and brain function.In my seventies, my brain is not as sharp as it used to be . These things are difficult to quantify, but I do feel my memory is better than it was. I will be buying again and would recommend , although they are pricey.

this company is my preferred choice for magnesium supplements due to the minimum amount of unnecessary additional rubbish added that you don't want. so i purchased this without reading the label and didn't realise they were gel caps suspended in sunflower oil which is not for me so i won't be buying again though i will be sticking with this companies other magnesium supplements just not this one

Unlike other compounds of magnesium available out there, this one does not cause diarroeah, or stomach cramps.I could not believe just how clean this Swiss Bioenergetics product is; there are no artificial exipients. It contains only rice flour, which is natural. I bought this as I have come to trust the brand - they have great products and this one is priced very reasonably given the nature of this product. Fantastic innovation by this company. They seem to have people who really know what they are doing in formulating such great products.
