Very tasty and filling
Although this is a small pack, it contains 4 to 5 recommended portions of oats, which you can either soak overnight in milk or water before eating for breakfast or just add your chosen liquid in the morning and wait just a few minutes. I chose to have no milk or water with mine and just put a small portion in a bowl and added some freeze-dried strawberries and yoghurt to the mix. It was fantastically tasty, although I couldn't pick up any taste of raspberries (hence the addition of strawberries), the chocolate was at just the right level for me.The mix is suitably soft and textured with an 80g serving (a quarter of the pack) having 12g protein, 12g fibre and 291 calories. The high fibre content helps give you a good start towards the 30g per day the NHS recommends we aim to achieve and in a much more palatable way than some of the dietary supplements you can take. This is also very filling and helps to prevent mid-morning snacking. As I have already consumed two portions, I will be placing my next order today, noting that multipack options offer better value at the moment. This will be a regular part of my diet going forward.

Tastes awful
Mixes well with milk, however all I can taste is the nut flavour, nothing like banana bread had high hopes but unfortunately cannot recommend, no doubt a nut flavoured overnight oats works for some so if you like that kind of thing then go for it.

Actually really nice
I received the "banana bread" flavour and it doesn't really taste of banana but is still really good. It has little pieces of freeze-dried banana, pecans, peanuts, chocolate chips and seeds. It is a little bit sweet but not sickly at all. I'm not usually a big fan of oats but the chocolate chips in this really save it and I do actually like the mild crunchiness of the seeds and nuts - they work really well.It is completely gluten-free and suitable for vegans. It isn't suitable for people with nut or soy allergies.Per 100g it has 388 calories, 19.4g of protein, 12.4g of fiber & 15.1g of fat. The serving sizes are either 65g or 85g depending on your preference. It is fairly healthy, as nuts, seeds and cereals naturally contains a number of essential minerals, though it doesn't look like it is fortified with any additional nutrients. It is also quite high in calories - with a larger 80g serving containing over 300 calories. This is true of any oat porridge though - cereals in general are quite high-calorie but it's something to bear in mind if you're trying to lose weight.I also felt it was a bit odd the serving sizes are given in grams and there's no easy way to measure this out. Maybe it's just me, but I'm far too lazy to actually weigh my cereal out (especially if I prep it in the morning which I did a few times as I am also too forgetful to prep the night before). So I used an old 70ml protein scoop to measure it out and this worked pretty well.Summary: Overall this is a really nice breakfast porridge - it tastes really good, has a low glyceamic index, high in minerals, gluten-free and vegan. However, it is also a little difficult to measure out a portion, it is fairly high calorie and not fortified like some other cereals.

nothing earth shattering
Nothing earth shattering, but I give point for convinience. I cannot comment on th eprice as it's not available at the time of writing but looking at other flavours I would say a bit overpriced for what it is. Everybody's taste is different I didn't really like it but hubby was gulping it up in the morning so that's a win.

Nice tasting easy to make
I had this in the strawberry coconut flavour. Not a fan of overnight oats generally as they just taste soggy and weird but you can make this up as regular porridge so I made it with some hot milk.Flavour as nice not particularly strong - I used some strawberry flavour stevia drops which made it a lot stronger flavour.Decent amount of protein - if u make it with some skyr type yoghurt you can up the protein as well or you can blend in some protein powder too if required.Cant comment on value as no price available

Not a fan
My husband said recently that he wanted to try some overnight oats as a change to his usual breakfasts so this pack came just at the right time. Made this up to the fuller breakfast which takes a bit more (15 grams) than the light breakfast and the recommended 125ml of milk (we used semi skimmed). Left overnight and in the morning we were left with a thick, near solid paste which could have done with a little more milk. We ordered this in strawberry and coconut, the taste is there and isn’t bad at all, it was the chia seeds he didn’t like, said it was too bitty, gritty and bland tasting for him. Didn’t enjoy this at all and didn’t bother with the remaining 3 portions left unfortunately.£19.99 (at the time of order) working out at £5 per portion and doesn’t even include the milk. The sound of the blend and flavour was appealing but in reality it was disappointing. Much cheaper and easier to make up own combinations with fresh fruit and without the annoying seeds.

No need to soak overnight if you are not organised!
I was spoilt for choice when I got the option to try these blend my day overnight oats. All the flavours sound so good!I opted for the blueberry almond variety.I’m not organised enough to remember to prepare oats the night before so I am happy to tell you that you don’t need to! You can just soak in milk or water (I opted for milk) and wait 2-3 minutes then they are ready. I can’t imagine them tasting any better with longer soaking. They are delicious. I love the zingy flavour of the blueberries. The serving contains so much good stuff I am set up for a healthy day. There are 4-5 servings in the pouch, depending on whether you opt for the ‘full’ or ‘lighter’ breakfast option. The lighter option was enough for me and I felt quite full after eating it.Once opened consume within a month, but that won’t be a problem. The best before date is 10/22 so not a very long shelf life, and I would hope if buying the bulk multi pack it has a longer date as I don’t think I would want to eat the same thing every day, nice as it is.
