but felt great, so I decided to try a different Redragon ...
Pleasantly surprised by this mouse. I have large hands, and previously purchased a Redragon M601. It was a bit small for my hands, but felt great, so I decided to try a different Redragon mouse. This mouse fits my house just right, and though I miss the pebbly texture of the L/R buttons on the M601 (and that great stubbly scroll wheel!), this is still a great mouse, and half the price of the "big boy" brands I have used in the past to satisfy my gaming mouse needs.PRO TIP: If the Redragon software doesn't seem to be doing anything to adjust the settings of your mouse, right click on the executable and "run as administrator" - I thought I'd received a bad mouse, but once I did that I was able to change the light setting and find the settings changes reflected on the mouse. I love the fact that the DPI setting is linked to color on the scroll wheel, so if my mouse starts acting strangely, I can take a look and see if I've inadvertently hit the DPI button. If so, it's a 2-second fix to cycle through the various DPI settings and re-select the one best suited to your preferences. (I'm team green!)Recommended for those with large hands, who want a larger, light-weight "wing-style" mouse.

RGB? More like RG-Be Not! (Lame, I know)
This mouse works great, and I'm happy with the accuracy in gaming I achieve with it, no complaints in the actual use of the mouse, however there are issues with the included software. When you try to adjust the colors to the other "16 million" colors "available," the lighted logo will turn white or just a super light shade of the color, but it is in NO WAY RGB or up to the standard to almost any other RGB product. That being said, the red it comes with is a nice color and the breathing feature is nice. If it truly was RGB I would give it 5 stars. I wouldn't even bother downloading the software, except you can adjust the DPI and button scheme with it for different profiles. You are able to cycle through the colors with the button behind the scroll wheel and the button on the bottom without the software.

Solid, especially for the price
Their website was up and down for a few days, so I wasn't able to get updated software. Mouse is comfortable, and has a grippy surface comparable to the Mammoth. Once I was able to get the software that allowed me to remap the keys, adjust lighting, etc., it wouldn't initially work. I discovered that you needed to run the executable as admin. Once I did that, it worked reasonably well. I will say that this is one of the few Redragon mice that doesn't have a ton of light bleed-through, so that's nice. I'll also say that software doesn't hold the RGB color changes, nor does it usually work when you try to change the color. Honestly, at this price level, lighting is really just a bonus, especially since your hand covers the main lighting area (can be said for most RGB mice) so I didn't let it impact my rating.Overall, a solid mouse. I'm not sure if it had any acceleration issues, or anything like that, but I noticed no difference in my gameplay.

Good mouse, bad customization software
Pros:- Nice grip- Nice look- Cord is good length.- Mouse itself works as is if you don't want to customize anything.- Cheap but still solid quality.Cons:- Software not on website, and I don't have a disk reader for the included driver disk. Luckily I found someone who gave out the sotware.- Customization software does not work properly, LED colors do not change, DPI does not change. I hope they fix this with software updates.Other:- Single DPI change button is odd, but works.- I have used other Redragon mice that have software that works fine, just not his one. Maybe because it's newly released.Overall score: 2/5, below average. Good cheap mouse, but customization software does not work properly.

Mouse driver not compatible with Mac operating system.
BUYER CONSIDERATION: Mouse driver not compatible with Mac operating system.Though listed that this product is "Perfectly compatible with Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win8/Win10/ME/2000/Mac10.x, etc.," the drivers to program the control buttons are non-existent for Mac's operating system. I bought this mouse back in September 2017 when it was first released. I held out waiting for a driver to be developed for a Mac system, but to no avail. I'm not a gamer, but I am an editor and what appealed to me in the first place is that I could create shortcuts with the programmable buttons to streamline my workflow. Unfortunately for me, I paid $20 for a mouse with colorful LEDs...

Perfectly serviceable
Feels nice in the hand. Quality seems decent and holding up after a year of use.If you use this and dragging some program windows (microsoft office is the worst) and they lag about the screen it is caused by the high polling rate this mouse uses. Download the configuration app from the manufacturers website and turn the polling rate down from 1000 or 500 to 250 or 125. The 250 setting worked best for me.

Great value for the price.
I bought this to replace a Razer mamba wireless mouse and I'm actually happier with this mouse. It definitely feels a bit less premium, but not by much. I have fairly large hands and this mouse fits perfectly. I was worried about the smaller forward / back thumb buttons thinking I was going to accidentally hit them constantly, but they have a nice amount of resistance to them and they're surprisingly comfortable to use. The software is kind of tedious because the LED on the scroll wheel is determined by your current DPI stage (which I can see how that would be helpful to some) and the Redragon logo LED is set independently. You have to go through some extra steps to keep both LEDs the same color if you change DPI frequently. My only other issue is that on my specific mouse, the scroll can wiggle / slide horizontally and can make it difficult to press down the wheel. However after a couple weeks of use the mouse has gotten worked in and the issue isn't as noticable. Overall I freaking love this thing for the price and I'll probably pick up a couple extra for my laptop and to keep in a backpack for whenever. Buy it.

genial
