Fantastic water gun

Unfortunately this product lasts about 18 months and breaks at the plastic weld seam inside the front of the gun gor about 3 proper plays with it before it gave up that works out at about £25 a go as I am unable to contact them to even buy spare parts to repair it as they don't reply on what's app or their websites sooo if ya got money these are great fun but don't last long

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Absolutely awful, sent me a faulty product and then offer a £25 refund for a £130 product

I bought 2 of these guns and both broke after 1 water fight. The pump to suck up water no longer works on either gun.

買ってすぐ壊れて加圧できなくなり、保証で交換してもらったが、次の夏に使おうと思ったらまた同じところが壊れて加圧できなくなってしまいました。 自分の友人も同じところが壊れて、また同じところが壊れたら嫌なのでその時に差額を払って電動に変えてもらったそうですが、今回２回目で１年超えているとのことで有償の修理しかできないといわれました。 これ修理したところで来年また壊れるはずなので 絶対買うべきではありません！

Having lived through the Super Soaker golden years as a kid I was happy to see there was finally another company trying to do some innovation in this area. The first rechargable versions seemed cool, but the price and them containing a battery put me off buying one. Enter the Spyra LX: fully mechanical and with performance that - according to other reviewers - comes close it's predecessors! Delivered in a few days, I filled it up and instantly tried it out: as I had seen how easy usage of this thing was. Right? Well, I was immediately certain I had to return it: it was leaking, I couldn't get it to fill up again after the first round, it would sometimes not fire and it would incidentally blast out one big jet of water. Conclusion: pretty disappointed! But wait, wasn't there a manual of some kind? Well yes. And after scanning that and trying it out a bit longer I have the following list of need-to-know information lined-up for y'all: - if you can't get it to suck up water: pull out the lever, hold the trigger and push down on the lever; it should start filling up again (this is in the manual) - if you submerge the gun past the indication, water will fill the leftover empty space inside the gun through a hole at the bottom of the muzzle; leading you to falsely believe it's leaking like crazy when you subsequently try and use it (this sure seems like a design flaw that will result in lots of unnecessary returns for Spyra) - if you go and refill until it starts making a screeching sound, it'll probably give you a weird single big blast of water the first time you fire it (so stop at the 100% marker instead) - after pulling the trigger you need to allow it to return to its original position before pulling it again After learning the above it all worked like a charm! It feels sturdy, it shoots a nice distance, it's precise and this version even provides rapid-fire that appears limited only by how fast you can pull the trigger. And even though the gun is too big for him to run around with, my son (who is barely 5 years old) is able to refill and use it. Under my supervision of course, as it's a pretty powerful blast of water which might do some damage when handled incorrectly. Having said all that, my final advise is simple: get this gun and start blasting!

Lieferung: Das Produkt wurde innerhalb 2 Tagen geliefert. Die Verpackung war einwandfrei und einfach zu öffnen. Enthalten ist (siehe Bild) die SpyraLX, sowie ein Zettel mit Sicherheitsanweisung und die Bedienungsanleitung in mehreren Sprachen, beides in einer Plastiktüte. Sollte irgendwas nicht funktionieren wie erwartet oder man nicht mit der Bedienung und Inbetriebnahme klar kommen, findet Ihr hier Hilfe. An sich ist das aber alles ganz einfach. Das Produkt: Die SpyraLX sieht stabil und wertig verarbeitet aus und wiegt ungefähr 1,5kg (geschätzt). Sie ist relativ groß. Das war mir nicht so klar beim Bestellen, aber man könnte ja ein Maßband nehmen und sich die Maße anschauen. Nichts klappert oder rasselt und die Mechanik funktioniert gut. Bei jeder Betätigung des Abzugs ist ein deutliches Klicken hörbar. Wenn es nicht klickt wurde der Abzug nicht genug nach hinten gezogen und es schießt nicht. Die handbetriebene! SpyraLX verschießt, wie die elektrische SpyraTwo, Einzelgeschosse, also keinen Strahl. Die Wassergeschosse erreichen ungefähr die angegebene Reichweite von 9m. Natürlich streut das Wasser etwas mehr auf die Entfernung, aber zum gegenseitig nass machen ist es perfekt! Ich habe mit vollem Tank ca. 24 mal den Abzug betätigen können bis der Tank leer war. Wobei der Druck hinter jedem Schuss, außer den letzten Paar, gleich bleibt. Das die letzten weniger Druck haben, sollte klar sein. Mit etwas nachpumpen ist aber auch da noch genügend Druck hinter. Auch dann sollte besser nicht ins Gesicht oder auf Tiere gezielt werden (SIEHE BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG!). Sollte klar sein. Die SpyraLX ist im Unterschied zur SpyraTwo eine rein manuelle Wasserpistole. Das heißt: Öffnung wie bei der Two ins Wasser halten, aber dann per Hand an der Schulterstütze pumpen. Quasi wie damals als Kind. - Dies ist also weder Vorgänger noch Nachfolger der SpyraTwo. - Preis & Supporterfahrung: Ich hatte auch schon mit dem Support von der Spyra GmbH geschrieben, da auch mindestens ein anderes Unternehmen hier auf Amazon die SpyraLX verkauft, dafür aber über 100 Euro haben will, während der Hersteller Spyra GmbH selbst nur 80 nimmt. Ich wollte mir Klarheit verschaffen wieso dem so ist und wieso mir bei der Suche auf Amazon auch nur der teure Anbieter angezeigt wird. Erst auf der Produktseite kann ich bei den Angeboten auf die Spyra GmbH wechseln. Jemand dem das nicht auffällt sieht natürlich nur die 100€, aber soviel kostet es nicht. Zum Zeitpunkt dieser Bewertung ist die Blaue und die Rote Version von Spyra GmbH selbst erhältlich für 79€, wobei die Rote sowohl von Spyra GmbH selbst (79€) auch auch von einem weiteren Anbieter für 103€ inseriert ist. Rechts unter der Schaltfläche um Produkte auf Listen zu setzen kann man aber den Anbieter wechseln.^^ Von Support habe ich sehr schnell eine Antwort am gleichen Abend gekriegt. Entsprechend würde ich sagen ist dieser gut erreichbar. Der Preis ist natürlich nicht der Billigste aber das ist eben auch die SpyraLX nicht. Wie erwähnt fühlt sie sich wertig an, hält was die Angaben versprechen, arbeitet gut, quietscht nicht oder so und es macht Spaß sich damit gegenseitig abzuschießen. Wer das Geld also übrig hat, der macht hiermit auf jeden Fall keinen Fehlkauf würd ich sagen.
