Q: How much weight can this bag hold?

The insulated bag can hold about thirty pounds. It would have to be carried from the bottom and not the straps for anything heavy.

Q: How long are the handles? Are they long enough to carry as a shoulder bag? Thanks 🙂

There's about 11- 12in (28-30cm) between the top of the bag and the top of the strap. I can use it as a shoulder bag no problem with the top of the bag being at my elbow when it's on my shoulder, but I'm short - 5'1" (155cm). It probably depends on you and your body type as to if you could use it on your shoulder or not. Hope this helps!
