Has anyone experienced missing/duplicate pieces in the past several months? (wondering if that has been resolved since those reviews are older)

Yes! I ordered it for my 4 year old niece last month (Dec 2019) and it had duplicate pieces and missing pieces! I called Hasbro and the customer service was helpful. They offered to send another game with the appropriate pieces (but I'm still waiting).
