Food Truck How to Start & Finance Your Business: End Money Worries with this Amazing Business Book Paperback – August 26, 2016

Due to the nature of my employment I am aware that I would have to ask for permission first if I ever did take a serious plunge into the food truck business to ensure that it would be conflict-free with my food service employment. I have seen a multiple number of food trucks in the Washington D.C. area in the past 7.5 years of residing in Hyattsville Maryland which piqued my curiosity to check out this kindlebook of Food Truck How To Start & Finance Your Business by Brian Mahoney. Some of the details he includes in this kindlebook; some of the places that food trucks open on shop for business such as college campuses, movie sets, military bases, events such as carnivals sporting events construction sites etc, the history of the food truck precursors such as the Texas chuckwagon of the later 1800s and one of the lunch wagons in Providence Rhode Island, later versions of the food trucks such as the mobile canteens that were opened in the late 1950s that were authorized by the U.S. Army and operated on army bases, food trucks being hired for events such as public gatherings for art festivals movie nights, different food trucks across various countries such as Belgium Canada France Mexico United Kingdom etc., one of the movies about a food truck, a website to go to for grant or loan money for a food business, web resource guide for food truck catering supplies, and more.

This book gave me the basic info I needed to start learning about the food truck business, although the history of the food truck biz was a little long winded and unnecessary a the beginning. I found the funding information particularly helpful.

This book is a joke. If you've ever given a thought about opening a food truck, then you're already aware of what's in this poor excuse of a book.

This is a comprehensive, easy to read book on how to start a food truck business. It explains everything from legal regulations to financing. I highly recommend it!

I bought this for my husband, to give him some ideas for an old camper I bought. It's a great little book.

Partner and I are opening a food truck, so wanted to research ways to help get funding. This book has one chapter on food trucks that is almost verbatim copy and pasted from Wikipedia "food trucks" including the cover art. The rest of the book is just generalized on starting a small business, and again a lot of course and paste from other sites including Wikipedia.

This book doesn't have any pictures. Good basic content though.
