I am looking for a jar that i can open the lid with one hand. Is that possible with these jars?

Yes, I believe it can be. I have hand issues and have trouble twisting, turning and pulling lids but this one has been easy to work with. Nothing is guaranteed but with the pull tab up top and the fact that it is lightweight, it does help. The first 2 or 3 times it was "snug" fitting but now it just opens normally for me. What is the difference between "conical" and "style b"? does anyone know?

Style A and B hold the same amount of fluid, but A is a bit wider at the base. Their height is a bit different.
