IF you like savory/salty snacks, these are certainly worth trying. only problem I had, package wasn't larger. they were sooo good. couldn't stop snacking on them, next thing I knew, they were gone. :'( Definitely NEED get to more, lots more ;) ;)

Liver is definitely an acquired taste and a lot of people struggle with it, myself included. I try to incorporate it into my diet because it's so nutritious, and this is definitely one of the tastiest and most convenient ways to do it. I wish Epic sold bigger bags, I'd buy bulk bags of this.

Tender for jerky and the mix of beef and liver made it taste more meaty than too gamey, but it was too salty for me and gave me a weird mouthfield afterwards, felt like I had some film in my mouth afterwards

Tender, no gamey taste, and not tough like jerky's always been. It's more Tender. If you're a fellow carnivore, I highly recommend. Great for dipping.

I try to incorporate nutrient-rich foods like sardines, oysters, etc. in my diet regularly. But I’ve realized that I haven’t had liver - the ultimate, natural multivitamin - in months. I’ve been taking synthetic, gummy multivitamins instead, which are honestly inferior. I had a few squares of these. Tastes great, and for the first time in months I slept for 7 hours straight without waking up. That never happens! Why is it that when I look up liver snacks, I only see dog products? More companies need to make liver bites like this for humans, especially marketed as a yummy multivitamin. Really great for us ladies during our menstrual cycle too, with all of the iron.

It’s a good tasting product and it’s not hard to chew like jerky. I just wish the sodium content was less, but I just take one or two. The recommended amount I believe is 4 to 5 but I’m on a low sodium diet. My daughter had first purchased them for me because I was anemic and then I have continued to buy them. They have a little zing to them, not too spicy just a little. I think that’s why I like them.

I love beef liver but this beef liver jerky had maybe 1% hint of liver taste in it. It was incredibly salty, to the point that it was like chewing on a salt lick. Why do they add so much salt??? Besides the saltiness, all I could taste was a bit of pepper, making it lightly spicy. But it certainly didn’t taste like beef, never mind beef liver. It comes in little square pieces, made of mushy meat. While this jerky has lots of protein, the amount of sodium doesn’t make it a healthy snack. To me, it was just a very expensive little bag of salty, mushy meat squares. Won’t buy this again.
