Honestly, when I first tried it, my energy shot through the roof. I had three times more energy than I have had in 30 years. Unfortunately, it wore off in about two months and I went back to the energy level I had had prior to taking it. I would love to figure out how to make it work again.

I love life extension brands and used their other supplements. I don’t doubt the product but this supplement is not for me. It gave me insomnia I have never had trouble sleeping so I know it is the supplement.
