I honestly have nothing bad to say about this trampoline or this company! Everything about the experience was amazing from start to finish. The trampoline was not hard to set up at all, and everything we needed was included. The finished product looks absolutely fantastic in our backyard, and most importantly, my kids LOVE it! They have been having such a great time playing on it. The customer service was beyond excellent — seriously, customer service to the 10th power! I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline.

I wanted to get on here to leave a review. I tend to only leave reviews when something is great it terrible. I have the 15' trampoline from them, and my kids love it! It was real easy to put together and had stood the real test that is my children. They are rough and aggressive when it comes to physical activities. The fact that it is still standing tells me that this isn't a weak product. That said, the kids did cause some damage to the net and curved poles that hold it up. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and easy it was to get the parts replaced. They never talked me or have me a hard time about it, they just sent me the replacement parts to my door. My kids were back on it having a great time much quicker than I anticipated. Over all, I'm very happy with my choice to buy a trampoline from them. I would recommend anyone looking for a trampoline to buy from jumpzylla!

If you are looking for a trampoline, buy this one! This was the easiest assembly of any trampoline we have owned over the years. It took about an hour and 20 minutes with two people and a little helper 😊 Clear cut instructions, quality materials, and everything fit and came together without hassle. When assembling the base just make sure the holes align with each other. This looks great and solid and my granddaughter gives a thumbs up on the bounce performance. But most importantly my husband told me to make sure I give a 5 star review-this is a winner!

I bought the 14 foot trampoline and it is the perfect size! It took my husband and myself to put it together. I don’t know how you could do it without help. But all of the parts were here and all of the tools needed were included. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I do feel the quality is good. My one complaint is that the zipper on the net is already broken off. We’ve had the trampoline for just over a month. So that is disappointing. But the clips still work! So I do still feel like it’s safe for my children. It is sturdy and very strong. I’ve had no issues there. Ultimately, I would still really recommend this trampoline! The kids have so much fun on it! My three boys 2, 4, and 6, all absolutely love it and can safely play in it together at the same time.

This trampoline is great! My kids love it we got the 16ft one and the product was great very bouncy and the assembly was pretty easy. They give you a nice tool to use to pull the springs on so that was nice you dont pinch your fingers. The size was very nice the only thing is we have it in our yard and the legs aren't super sturdy they move quite a bit. We had to put anchors into the ground to keep it from blowing away but that is because we live in the country and its so windy out here. But overall fun for the kids

I ordered a 12 foot jumpzylla trampoline in black. I ordered this due to all of the good reviews. It started off well. The trampoline arrived within 2 days of ordering, and the box was in decent shape when it arrived. The trampoline comes packed in one box, it is very heavy, probably over 100 pounds, the Fed Ex driver was definitely working out moving this box. He managed to get it off the truck and delivered in my garage without dropping it, but it was hard, I could tell. Jumpzylla you should consider 2 packages or more for this product. The first issue I noticed was receiving a trampoline color I didn’t order. I ordered the 12 foot trampoline in black, I received green. Now, I was going to let that slide, not a huge deal, but I took time to find an assembly team. The day of assembly, the trampoline could not be assembled because one of the frame pieces was bent. It would not connect to the other piece because it was bent. This is really unacceptable. Quality control is needed, customers shouldn’t have to stress the need for quality. I had to send the assembly team away, contact jumpzylla. I am waiting for a response, my guess is they will send a new piece, so I will have to wait on the mail for several days, and reschedule the assembly team. I wanted this trampoline for the holiday, but not going to happen obviously. Will update once I hear back from Jumpzylla. Super annoyed. I received another frame piece within 3 days of my phone call to Jumpzylla. However, that piece was bent too!!!! I had to phone them a second time for yet another frame piece, this time I asked for two frame pieces surely one of those would not be bent right? One of those frame pieces was bent as well!!!! Absolutely, ridiculous. We will see how long it last…. Annoyed, I gave an extra star due to the quick response to correct the problem not once but twice. The company also gave a small discount for the inconvenience. Ok, after a week or so of it arriving at my home we finally got the trampoline up. I can’t say that I’m impressed. The legs are not straight, they bow inward slightly. 2 out of the 4 legs this bowing is visible. The trampoline squeaks when my son jumps on it, he weighs 80 lbs. I only have 1 child not sure what it’s gonna sound like when friends come over. I do not think this is for adults at all. Definitely a kids toy. Do not try it, this thing hurt my hips when I jumped with my son. I have fitness trampolines that do not cause any problems when I jump. I sprayed all bolts and connects with a clear rust oleum spray to prevent rust as some of the reviews shows the supposedly rust resistant frame rusting. I saw some people cut pool noodles to place over the springs! I may try this for rust prevention and just general safety. The pad that covers this spring has no foam it’s just a lightweight cover. I do not think this will last long, if we get 2-3 years and beyond out of it…I will be shocked. I can’t recommend this product, and I’m truly at a ? On how the product has over 6k reviews with an average of of 4.5 stars. They do have good customer service, but in my opinion that’s not part of the star rating, I’m rating the product itself.
