Excellent product ! Worked exactly as described . Bad left heel pain from being on my feet to much at work. Inserts relieved the pain but did not mess up my back like some other inserts I have ordered before . Firm but not squishy . They stayed in place as well . I am definitely buying more of these for my other shoes .

The gems are comfy but they run slim. The main issue for me is at the edges they turn up slightly which puts pressure on the ridge of the soles of your heel. I looked like crazy to find their old gels that are completely flat from side to side but couldn't find them. Now I am trying the mens size instead of women's and they look about the same size width. Well see how sizing up will work and I will let you know.

Get a full sole with a gel heel. These are uncomfortable and annoying.
