Throwing it out!!! Contains calcium laurate. It's not just a filler or an innocent additive. It causes histamine overload. Bursts the mast cells full of histamines. As a mast cell liberator it's highly ill-advised for histamine intolerance or mast cell activation syndrome. Like mine...😪 Probably awful for excema, asthma or any allergies. This would be a fine product otherwise. I valued Thorne above many brands and never expected this. 😔😔😔

Since adding this supplement my bone density tests have progressively improved.

I tried several other calcium supplements over the years without much sign of help. I switched to Thorne several years ago because this supplement was labeled as more absorbable and efficient.
