The formula has changed.
I have purchased this in the past through sprouts and it was a completely different formula. The one I purchased a year ago was solid and smelled very strong, kind of medicinal. The one I purchased on Amazon from this seller had a liquid like consistency and hardly any smell of neem. I contacted the seller, and they agreed that I could return the product. Through further investigation on different websites, like iherb, the product was also very thin and lacked the neem oil smell. I honestly believe that it was not the seller but the manufacturer who is responsible for the quality of the product. But, if you don’t want a strong neem smell and don’t mind the consistency, this may work for you. The reason I gave it a 3 star rating instead of 1, is because the seller has great customer service and replies promptly to questions.
