I had to return another product that claimed (correctly as it turned out) to fit “most” SUVs. I watched a review of this product on the same vehicle as mine and decided to give it a whirl.This one fit perfectly, and was easy to install. I did find that it was easier to install the wheel clips on the inside of the mud flaps first, then slip over the lift gate with the added tension. The Sequoia is a fairly tall vehicle so this helped.The installed tent took less than 5 minutes and was perfect. It even gave the feeling of having more space inside the vehicle. The zippers all worked perfectly and the awning did its job at night.And yes, it all fit back into the stuff sack when removed from the vehicle and now lives permanently in the cargo area.5 stars for sure!

I had been looking for a small suv tent. This tent fits our 2010 Toyota Venza perfectly. We used it three times in the Adirondacks recently. We still need to find poles to prop up the awning but we did not need them this time because we were zipping the swing halfway down at night because fall camping can get a bit chilly. It is great to have the tent that is all the way off the ground when it rains. We had light rain two nights and the tent dried out very fast. In the am. Good quality materials and one person can install easily.

Great idea, tight fit but worked well for a short weekend camping trip. Only takes about 5 mins to attach and adjust to have it fully set up. I hadn't tried sleeping in my 2018 Chevy Equinox since I got it, but with this combined with an SUV mattress it was a pretty sweet setup. I'd definitely recommend you measure your vehicle before purchasing, but there is a good bit of flexibility in getting it fitted to your hatch. Overall, a good option if you don't need a large tent when you camp.

This fits my jeep patriot very well! I have used it twice and it has been a perfect tent for just me for quick weekend trips. Easy to assemble and get in and out of. It would be nice if it came with the poles for the canopy instead of the stakes but I have used my own makeshift poles and a canopy.

Easy set up and very handy!

The media could not be loaded. Cute, easy install, has nice bag, I think made well. But...how much we tried to hook it sides and top was leaving gaps! Did snug nicely on the bumper and tires , but sides and top didn't work well. We tried tied them but left even bigger gaps. So we just snuged around trunk door the best we could but still was gaps. Not sccute from buggs. Not sure how will be in rain and wind since can't tie them property. Other we would love it.

WARNING!!! This WILL cover your exhaust, either use a stick or something to hold the lip up or do NOT run your vehicle while installed. I didn't learn the hard way thankfully but it's better to look out for others that might miss it.Takes a little figuring out to get installed correctly. My suggestion is, instead of tying it to your mirrors, open your back doors and tie it to INSIDE of the steel loop the door closes on. This will pul the sides in tighter and not block your doors. Also use some clear packing tape on the sides of your car if you're camping in a sandy, windy area like a beach, otherwise you'll get scratches like I did. See pics. This is not a flaw of the product so much as just I had VERY high winds and lots of sand everywhere. Speaking of high winds, this held up great. I 100% expected it to tear but it held up perfectly for an entire week of high winds. If set up correctly, you'll love this thing.

I received this car tent today and tested it in my garage. It had a slight smell to it so open it up before you use it the first time (dissipated in 24hrs). Material seems reasonably durable and of good quality. However, on my car (2021 Nissan Rogue) the sides and the top do not fully seal even trying various tie down methods etc. -- see the first two pics. In fairness part of the issue on the top is my antennae. Not a huge deal unless you are in a mosquito infested area but I'd like the option of a better seal/less space for unwanteds to enter. The solution I came up with (pic 3) was magnets. My little circle magnets get me part way so I'm buying magnet strips to basically attach the tent to the sides/top of my car. If they work I may use adhesive ones to permanently attach them to the tent and avoid worrying about losing. Additionally, from the looks, I think/hope that with magnets I won't actually need to tie the tent to my car unless it is particularly windy. I would love to see this company ship said 10$ magnets with their product and/or even providing places for the magnets to slide into (that would get them 5 stars!).
