Organized and time saving!
So far so good! We used this for the last few weeks at our pizzeria and it’s been great. Shifting these tickets down every few minutes with a standard ticket holder was annoying and a big time drain when you have over 20-30 orders. This XLR system shifts everything down smoothly and allows us to rearrange tickets if we need to move something up in priority.

WOW what an amazing find!, you do have to find your sweetspot to set up the ticket rail the way you want them to hang but this makes a huge difference in a busy kitchen. much quicker and easier than switching tickets one at a time. LOVE IT

Once we adjusted our tickets to be 3" it worked perfectly...Getting a second one

Excellent idea, less than excellent in practice
Pro: Great for swapping around tickets and flagging tickets that need attention. Fairly easy to install unless you are using in some application you don't have hard mounting surface.Con: The color changing wheel is next to impossible to spin easily, especially with gloves on. Ticket paper from a star sp700 impact printer is slightly wider than the ticket tabs. Sometimes you can dislodge a ticket holder putting in a ticket.I do think the item is worth the money. For quick service/fast casual, I did not find the xlr nearly as beneficial as I thought I would for the money. YMMV.

Inefficient and frustrating
I’m not sure what type of tickets the people writing great reviews are using but this system is universally despised at my resort. We use an Aloha system with pretty thin printer paper. It’s easy to hang the tickets....at first. When removing them inevitably a corner rips off getting lodged in the magnetic roller mechanism. After that, good luck stabbing a ticket. We’re constantly trying to dislodge the little paper tears and searching around for tickets that fell. I don’t have to explain what a nightmare THAT IS. I’m starting a petition to get it replaced. Chef says he’ll sign twice!

Bought this at the NRA show. I must say it's a revolutionary change to how we manage tickets in our food truck. Very durable and well constructed.
