The item is exactly what I ordered and was received in a timely manner. It was in new condition, but was missing paperwork. As an engineer I will be able to make it work.

We installed this on our 2016 Hideout, and it was quite easy to install. We love the coiled hose as it is much easier to get back into the housing after use. I noticed several reviews complaining that the sprayer leaks. It is leaking, but it is supposed to do that. It is a requirement, so that not too much back pressure is put on the water system causing it to explode. The leaking relieves the pressure.

The cold water valve was broken on the first one that arrived, but luckily I inspected it right away and was able to request a replacement before I tried installing it. The replacement was perfect, got it the very next day. The product is higher quality than some of the factory installed units I've seen and works perfectly. I also removed the flow restrictor so I get full pressure outta the shower head.

Our rv did not have an outside shower. Took a huge gamble cutting into the side of my rv. Worked out great. Easy enough to install.

I was replacing a 15 year old legacy RV outside shower and this unit was the exact same dimensions including the screw holes. I was hoping to eliminate the holes in the housing the legacy ones have for the hose to slide back into the coach which allow insects, rodents and moisture to enter. This one fixed that. Also the legacy one was really fiddly getting the head and hose in the thing so the door would shut. The flexible hose on this new one and head seem to be better at that. Only negatives are: The lock is touchy and not very quality feeling. I have to press in pretty hard when turning or the lock won’t turn. None of the fittings were tight on the unit when received. I shouldn’t have assumed but it created a bit of unexpected water all over the place when I did the initial test.

Nice other than the spray head has a off button to pause the shower spray, it won't shut completely off water still sprays all over, can't return cause it's attached to my camper and all caulked up, to much hassle to undo, I'll just buy a new spray head.
