Zipper is terrible

Zippers get broken after the first use. Plus company wants you to pay for shipping.

Disappointing!

Disappointing! This is much thinner insulation than my previous Thermos soft cooler. I think you could easily buy an equivalent cooler in a box store for a third the price.
