Great for hanging bird feeders
I have these to hang bird feeders from my deck rail. They're sturdy and are holding a feeder filled with 6 lbs of bird seed.

Mount bracket is flimsy
The post is very strong but the mount clamp isn't. Tightening the screw enough to support a hanging plant opens up the bracket enough that it won't stay attached to the rail. I had to attach a block of wood to the rail and then use a screw thru the hole in the bracket.
