Is this compatible with the new 10watt Pro?

Yes, It is compatible with the new 10W Pro. In Fact my 10W Pro came with the fitting already attached to the laser, along with the safety shield. All I had to do was screw in the air fitting and attach the hose.

Does the input voltage is 100-240V?

I don’t know. Mine works on 120 volt in the US

Will this fit a creality 10w falcon laser?

I'm not familiar with falcon laser.

Is it normal for it to get very warm while in use?

"very warm"? not sure what you mean. I can grab it with my hands after it runs for hours.
