The pocket sized Boost oxygen cannisters were perfect when we went on vacation. They fit in my purse so my husband always had his oxygen when he needed it. It is handy when it is hot and humid to help with breathing. You don’t need a prescription because it is not medical oxygen. The Boosters oxygen is for temporarily supplying a little more oxygen for short periods. It comes in different sizes, and I think it is a good value for the price. My husband said it helps him breath deeper and easier ,and he is quite satisfied with this product.

This Boost Oxygen Inhaler is a great new tool for anyone with mild Breathing issues and could even assist someone in distress until they could get help - although if someone is a severe illness they need continuous Oxygen of course. I am long covid post 2021 and I use Oxygen at night and sometimes when out and about get deficient. Today I tested the device by going out into the garden and sweating it up working and being slightly deficient to the point I would have placed on my oxygen inside. I used it 10 times and was relieved. So it’s a nice device for when oxygen is not available for use. I did not have to go onto my oxygen inside. The only recommendations I have is to exhale completely. Breathe it in and then HOLD the breath for 10-15 seconds to let the oxygenated air perfuse. Then exhale. It was great. What a nice new innovation. I can see how this would be great for athletes as well as long as they don’t rely on it if they are in true distress as it’s limited in quantity. Just wow !

Found this product through a Youtube Subscription I follow. Didn’t believe the review, tried it for myself. First time i used Boost, I took 2 deep puffs after my set, didn’t really “feel” anything but measuring my Heart Rate immediately after a heavy incline bench set, my heart rate dropped in a matter of 15-20 seconds from 134 to 115 (at this point I’m 30 min into my push workout. Breathing wasn’t as heavy.. so its doing something that allows rest between sets to get my body ready for the next set.

The pocket size canisters are very convenient and, of course, portable. The only downside is that they only allow very few puffs. The larger size is recommended for persons who have to use it more often.

These are fantastic! Really work to help with that little extra breath you might need due to exercise, allergies, poor air quality…whatever. Pure oxygen. I carry one with me at all times and have around the house. I recommend.

This product is a blessing. I received it today. I used it today for the first time. I was having such a bad asthma attack, my inhaler wasn’t working. The prednisone I took wasn’t working. I was a little afraid to use the boost for the first time because I didn’t know what to expect. After I used it, I wondered what it was that I was afraid of. A couple of inhalations of the oxygen really made a positive difference on my breathing. I have less than 40% lung capacity. I am a post intubated asthmatic, and I also have COPD. After I tried this device, I went on Amazon and ordered more. I’m going to keep one of my car, one in the bedroom, one in the dining room, and one in the bathroom. I bought the mini ones so I can also keep one in my pocket when I go out. Hope you found this helpful.

This didn't make me feel any better. It did raise my oxygen saturation by two points, so there is that, but as far as catching my breath or making me feel less winded, I didn't notice a thing. It is convenient and light-weight to carry and I didn't notice any taste.

Much smaller than I was expecting. We'll see how long each one lasts. I wasn't thinking they'd be the size of my hand...
