TL;DR soft, fit as expected, exactly what I wanted!Bless the heavens! I have been looking for WEEKS for a dress to use for a character im dressing up as and all other attempts have lead to disappointment, money wasted, and waiting for my return back. I was begining to lose hope, and then i saw this. Granted I saw your other styles first and was happy with those, but glad I found a style i wanted through “recommended” tabs.The shape is exactly whats pictured; nothing more and nothing less. The color? Its white, which is what i asked for. What you see in the photo is exactly what you’re getting. I tried it on and was RELIEVED when it fit like I wanted it to! Its cotton and slightly stretchy so the fabric is forgiving as well as soft against your skin. No uncomfortable friction here! Just cotton. The pleated skirt is neat (minus a few wrinkles from shipping) and the length is past my knees so i dont feel like Marilyn Monroe over a steam vent if a gust of wind were to blow by.The only con is not of the dress itself but of the color white in general; your gonna see a little bit through the top. Not the skirt portion, but the top will show a bit of your bra. But if you like me and thats the least of your worries and can easily be solved by avoiding a dark colored bra or wearing something underneath it, you dont think too much about it. Over all great product and if I ever need another one for another costume im doing ill be sure to look here first!

Based on other reviews, I ordered a small. At 5'4" and 120 pounds, I am usually a size small. I found the dress too snug and that doesn't work for me! So I returned it and got a M. It's perfect. Fabric feels nice. Color is as expected. Fast shipping.

I bought two white cotton knit dresses on which my students will draw for me to wear to our fine arts night. I’m an elementary school art teacher.This one was quite flattering from the waist down. I did not expect that because, with a bit of a tummy, pleats don’t usually do me any favors. It is a bit long, I think. I’d like for it to be a bit longer or a bit shorter. It hits me at that wide part of the calf, but it’s not so bad that it looks matronly. I am 5’6”.The bust, however, is cut a bit weirdly. I am a DD and have disproportionately large upper arms, so I don’t usually have problems with looseness along the bust/underarm area, but I do in this dress. The arm hole gapes a bit at the FRONT of the arm. It’s really strange. However, it doesn’t gape enough to make it inappropriate or uncomfortable. It’s possible that I should have ordered the XL rather than the XXL but I don’t have time to return it and it’s honestly not big enough to be a huge deal.I am super impressed with the fabric. It’s not a bit see through. I expected a bit with a white t-shirt material dress but was pleasantly surprised.This dress I’m white is a cool white. It has a very very faint blue undertone. I mention this because the other white dress I bought (which I also like) has a noticeably warmer tone. I happen to love the cool whites as I have very dark hair and pale skin with cool undertones.Overall, this dress is pretty perfect for what I wanted. The fabric paints work beautifully with it, it is thick, sturdy material, is comfortable, and fairly well cut for a dress at this price!!!

This worked perfectly for a costume, but it was tight. I returned the Medium (my usual size) to get a Large so it wasn't so tight. It's thin fabric so I'll have to wear something under it. Overall, price was great for the costume I was going to wear it with, but I wouldn't wear it out normally.

I bought the bright green dress first and loved it. Based on its fit and price, I planned on purchasing this dress in several colors.So far, I’ve had to return three of the same size and style dresses since.The blue color is pretty but the fabric is a different polyester/cotton blend than the bright green color making it more clingy. Overall the dress is tighter in the chest and waist. Worst of all, the neckline seam has ‘dimples’ or gathers indicating that care wasn’t taken in the manufacturing and the fabric wasn’t flat when sewn to the edging.The lilac dress fabric also had much more polyester than the green dress, was super clingy, even smaller in the bodice than the blue dress and the fabric was so thin it was see through.Update 8/25/21:I bought the pink dress after failing with the blue and lilac colors. I couldn’t even open the inner packaging on the pink dress because of the smell. It was completely DOUSED in a fabric refresher like febreeze and I had an asthma attack after just opening the outer shipping packaging. My hands stunk and had a film on them after only briefly handling the packaged dress to put it outside to air out. I won’t attempt to repackage for return for a couple of days at least for fear of the odor causing another asthma attack. I wish I could just throw it in the garbage where it belongs. BEWARE!This is the second summer dress I’ve received from Amazon that had the fabric refresher overload. I don’t understand why they do this.The first green dress is now coming apart between the bodice and skirt after ONE wash in cold water/delicate cycle.I ordered the dark green dress and there’s dimpling on many seams from poor Manufacturing and the fabric not being flat when sewn.

Beautiful dress. Material is really super soft, not easy to crease. Fits to size. Love the colour.

Great dress, perfect style. I checked and double checked the size chart but it was way too big. Usually when I order online I would get an L, in a store an M but according to the size chart I would need XL but it was way too big. It was easy to take a seam down the sides. Perfect!
