Outstanding Customer Service!
I contacted Boreas because the UV light on my vacuum failed after only a few weeks. I was seeking a replacement UV light. The warehouse did not have the UV lights in stock. Boreas sent me a brand new vacuum. Jusr amazing customer service! This vacuum is the best, too. Easy to use, easy to clean and works fantastically well. I recommend this vacuum-you will be so happy!

Excellent UV mattress vac
I have tried other units, and they paled in comparison to this one. Although, if this is not cordless, which is a great feature to have, the suction on this unit is much better than most cordless units I’ve used. In addition, it also provides. UV/heating light that kills a variety of things that may be lurking on your mattress which provides significant benefits, your health and respiratory system. The vacuum is not heavy, but does have a substantial weight to it where you feel confident it’s doing its job. I usually empty the debris cup after each use and I use approximately once a month especially during the summertime. An extension cord is recommended when using this vacuum especially if you have a very large king or California king size bed. It’s easier to maneuver without having to unplug as you move around the mattress Space. highly recommended
