Q: ratio of liver to beef? Just want to know exactly what I'm paying for.

I saw an article where an expert on nutrition said they're probably 40% liver and 60% beef. Epic wouldn't tell him the mix, but he deduced this from the nutritional information on the package. The first ingredient is beef, so you know that the liver content is less than 50%.

Q: Why 4g carbs and 3g sugar? What ingredient is that coming from?

Not sure where that information is coming from. Per the "Nutrition Facts" on the container, there are 0g sugar and 0g carbohydrates per serving (I'm looking at a package in my hand right now).

Q: Why doesn't this grass fed beef liver have vitamin k2?

Labels don’t always list all vitamins including K2 content.
