Nail Protein Bond, Superior Bonding Primer for Acrylic and Gel, 0.25 oz.

This is the only nail bond I trust. I tried a different brand once and just had to come back to this one. No lifting at all. I usually wear my nails for around 2 weeks and never had any issues. Additionally I use this on the tips of my nails when I do chrome before I put on the topcoat and this holds the topcoat on so the chrome doesn’t chip off on the tips! The best!

I started using this a few years ago and I will continue to order it! I don't have issues with lifting, unless the gel I put on top sucks, but even a lot of bad quality gel stays on with this. I don't experience lifting like I used to and I love how easy it is to apply. It is very liquid, so I did once knock it over and it spilled everywhere, and since it was small, I lost the whole bottle. So yeah, try not to knock it over lol

10/10 product! I’m actually upset at how well it works when I’m ready for a new set. Prep is key to longevity, and this has my sets lasting 2+ weeks! No strong smells, with easy application. Careful not to spill any though, it can be extremely sticky!

This nail primer is, if not the best out there, definitely one of the best. The bottle is quite small, but if you’re a nail tech, you know this lasts forever. The retention of my nails — both polygel and acrylic — went to a whole new level.

This is the best primer! I apply 2 coats on my nails. I also do one coat on the nail tip in place of filing it. When I do this, i don't get any lifting. I love it!

This has always been my favorite product and brand for years. Their products are amazing and work extremely well. However im disappointed that i can no longer afford the product for this prize according to the size. I used to buy this for 9-10 dollars which was fine with me but $16?? For the amount?? The bottle is not even two inches tall. Unfortunately i had to switch to another brand. Hopefully one day they consider the amount for the prize.

I’ve been doing my nails (both gel and acrylic) for years, and Young Nails Protein Bond Non-Acidic Nail Primer is hands down one of the best primers I’ve ever used. This product truly lives up to the hype. First of all, I love that it’s non-acidic. I have sensitive nails and used to experience burning or thinning with traditional acid primers. With Protein Bond, there’s no stinging, no discomfort, and no damage, which is a huge win. It’s gentle but incredibly effective. The application is super easy. The brush gives great control, and you only need a very thin layer. It dries almost instantly and leaves a slightly tacky finish that acts like double-sided tape for your nail enhancements. Whether I’m using gel polish, builder gel, dip, or acrylic, the adhesion is amazing. Since switching to this primer, I’ve noticed a huge reduction in lifting and chipping. My manicures now last 2–3 weeks with minimal wear, even with daily chores and typing. It especially performs well on problem nails that tend to lift at the cuticle or sidewalls.

This is what my poly gel nail sets have been screaming for. I always do them meticulously and sometimes they are solid and last the full 2 1/2 weeks and sometimes they start popping off the next day. This set ain’t going nowhere. And I am really hard on my nails. A lot of cleaning and other activities that are rough on nails. This set feels as secure as when I get acrylics at the shop. I put two coats on with 15 seconds in between. And then did my base gel. And then poly gel.(I do the lazy girl method where I don’t pop off the full coverage tips.) and then did my nail art. Very easy to apply. And not worrying about them popping off at the most in opportune moment is awesome. Buy this stuff.

Total game changer for nail preparation and really helps with product retention. After prepping the cuticle area and nail plate, dehydrate and apply a thin layer of protein bond, working well into the nail plate. Its very easy to use and doesn't smell bad. Apply your chosen product as usual and bobs your uncle! Now my go to!! It may be a little expensive but its definitely worth it. Its lasts a long time even though its a small bottle and is very effective. Wouldn't buy any other brand now.

Very strong chemical smells that are not familiar. They changed the color completely and it isn't nearly as close to the old color. I'm pretty disappointed as the original color was more of a jelly formula and wasn't as grayish.

I absolutely love this product! I've been using it for 2 years and there is a tremendous difference between when I use it and when I use other primers. I've used this in conjunction with Young Nails, Luminary and Ugly Duckling gel and acrylic, as well as DND gel polish and there is very little to no lifting when I use it. Using professional quality products with this primer is the trick. AND it lasts forever! Don't be deceived by the tinyness of the bottle, a little goes a loooong way with this product.
