Vice: A gritty crime thriller from ‘the Northern Martina Cole’

This is a very good book about two family's who want to be the dominant family who run everything the main family leader and head has been in prison and gets released and wants his family to be the dominant force but he seems past it and his oldest son Danny is know the dominant male and doesn't like his dad's old school way of doing things, the dad's name is charley and his wife Jenny does not like him because charley physically avoided her over the years and she wants to leave him but never has the convidance. I liked this story because you get the male prospective as well as the female prospective which you don't see often in karen woodsbooks, the book is very Manchester life based tough and raw way of life as you would come to expect in the work of karen woods. Although my favourite character was Rachel who was nothing like the two family's I thought that was an interesting development and unique in Karen's writing all in all cool book many thanks to karen woods always a fan thankyou😈😎😎😵😵😌😌

Some characters you love, hate etc. it's an okay read.

This book started off great and had so much potential I coudnt put it down then suddenly come to an end could have been so much more to this book she must have just got bored writing it what a shame

This is another of my favorite book to read .Each chapter was breathtaking and I couldn't put the book down I also hope their will be a follow-up on this novel .well done Karen and cannot wait for your next novel .This deserves 5 stars .If anyone wants a good read I wound recommend this book .

Great from start to finish. Love the story lines as always. Never wanted to put it down . Can't wait for the next book x
